    Practice with us, regardless of fitness level, flexibility or familiarity of yoga

    We welcome everyone to practice with us, regardless of your fitness level, flexibility or familiarity of yoga. It is our intention to provide each student with an encouraging and uplifting environment, while our experienced instructors mindfully guide you towards creating a regular yoga practice. At Yoga Souls CT , you can expect to expand your mind and move into depths of your bosy you may have thought were not possible to reach. We firmly believe in the intuition of your own body, and combining that with teacher guidance to acknowledge when it is time to move deeper and when it is time to let go.

    Remember, it is not about how deep you can bend and twist, it is your intention and willingness to be open to the infinite world of possiblilities. So come join us in calming your, strengthening and toning your body and revitalizing your life!

    • Dress light. Sports tops, tanks, yoga shorts or pants.
      Cotton is recommended.
    • No perfumes please. Scents are distracting and may cause allergies.
    • No cell phones in class.
    • Refrain from eating 2 hours before class.
      This will give you more energy during class.
    • Mats or practice rugs are required in the studio.
    • Bring a large beach towel and washcloth.
        Mat and towel rentals are available at the front desk.
    • Bring bottled water. Be well hydrated before class is important too.
    • Be on time. Arriving late and leaving early is distracting.
    • Please, no talking in the yoga studio room.
      This space is for relaxing before practice.
    • Sign-In and fill out waiver at the reception desk upon arrival.
